Cup Print is the largest supplier of environmentally-friendly paper cups in Europe and has invested significantly in sustainable technologies to add to our core offering of high-speed, on-demand, short-run coffee cup printing.

Now operators of any size can serve drinks and food in customised, eco-friendly paper cups to promote their brand and brand values. Between our operations in Ireland, Germany, and the U.S., we employ over 180 people and over 75% of production is of alternative, sustainable paper cup models. Our two alternative coating paper cup varieties include a certified recyclable paper cup and an 100% compostable cup – both available with custom designs in quantities from as low as 1000 pcs within a 15-day production lead time. Cup Print hold BRCGS Grade AA Status for High Hygiene and Quality Management Standards.

Additionally, Cup Print also use recycled raw material wherever food and hygiene regulations permit.

As of 2019, hold both PEFC and FSC® certification to guarantee that both all virgin and recycled paper stock used in paper cup products (exc. lids) is sourced from sustainably managed forestry.

100% Compostable Paper Cups

Cup Print are Europe’s largest compostable paper cup manufacturer.

Compostable paper coffee cups use a plant-based PLA (Polylactic Acid) bio coating as a moisture barrier.

Cup Print has offered this alternative coating Bio Cup to clients in Europe and worldwide since 2010. Cup Print PLA cups are certified compostable to Standard EN13432 as 100% compostable in industrial composting conditions and, in some countries, can be gathered together with food waste collecting schemes and many domestic ‘brown bin’ waste streams.

Certified Recyclable Paper Coffee Cups

The new, revolutionary paper cup offered as part of Cup Print’s commercial offering since October 2017. Certified-As-Recyclable Double Wall coffee cups are the first paper cups to achieve AAA certification by the Institute cyclos-HTP in conjunction with the European Green Dot scheme. Our Certified-As-Recyclable cups are specifically engineered to be processed through Path 13 of regular mixed paper and cardboard waste.

Cup Print is the first company in Europe to offer these cups.

In addition, our Certified-As-Recyclable paper cups are also PTS certified recyclable.
